This rocks! What a great vision you captured! And it's so great that you restore photos as your "mission". God bless your work!

If I give away the secrets to how I made the image, then the process gets de-mystified, and I won't look quite so hot anymore... ;>)

Thanks for all of the nice comments!

I understand, you will not de-mystify this image - so now we can guess: The man is an angel or at least some kind of mystery because of the light - human beings do not have this light - normally... But why are the wings made with screws like a maschine?

So you can see, the image works. Great job!

Despite their wings, angels run to keep in shape, and impress the succubi (when God's not looking.)

Very sharp illustration! Looks like this mechanical angel is fast.

About your comment about "those who master natural media" being the "real" artists, I don't necessarily agree. Digital imagery is a new frontier and eventually us "masters of natural media" will be thought of as passe! :-) Seriously though, digital art is just another form of expression and those who create are no more less real than those who wield brushes.

robert… i'd have to say your are much further along than a babe in the woods… this is very nice… i like the artificial wings on his back… as for me, i only wish i could render in 3d… that car was found… it was the story that got me jazzed…

Great illustration, and using new software. Cool. Need to check out that site. Wonderful background and eerie atmosphere.

Who needs wings when you can run like that-nearly off the page. The wings are beatiful as he is, focused energy escaping dark places. Dynamic piece of work!

Hey! I have downloaded this Daz! Wow, thanks for the link. I have made a little movie with it and some nice drawings! I have posted them on my site. It's really fun. Thanks again! :)))))

Princesse,

Have fun with it! I think the Bryce 3D program is still free also (complements DAZ with natural 3D scenery).

The nice thing about it is that there are no restrictions on using these programs for commercial purposes.
