Since attending Comiccon last Saturday in San Diego, I've been thinking a lot about superheroes. I wouldn't mind being one, if I didn't have to pay the super-price for admittance to the club (see my "Sacrifice" post below). On second thought maybe I would prefer to admire superheroes from the sidelines. On third thought, I wouldn't qualify even if I wanted to. Check out "Who Wants to Be a Superhero" on iTunes. You can download the first show for free.
Aside from Captain America, Superman, Batman, and Spiderman, we REALLY do have living breathing superheroes among us. Here are a couple of photos. The backdrop indicates these men stand in defense of our basic human rights of freedom of thought and expression. God save us from zealots and fanatics who aren't satisfied until they own us; body, mind and spirit.
