Grant Awards Photo

So I review grant applications in my spare time at the North County Times, and they have this little grant awards meeting the other day, and, of course, they invite me to attend. I say “okay”, and they say “good”, and I show up for the little meeting and they take a photo. Only all of the North County Times people chicken out (except for me and the publisher—he’s the one with the white shirt and tie). Now it looks like I’m giving the impression that I’m some sort of important person (which, I’m definitely not). Oh well, it’ll look good on my Curriculum Vitae.
