The Passion of The Christ
I just finished watching the Passion of the Christ for the second time last night. I am moved by what Jesus Christ, the Son of God, accomplished in my behalf with His suffering and sacrificial death. Here, for your viewing pleasure is a highly sanitized symbol of the cross, sitting atop a building in the Mission San Juan Capistrano, California, USA. Photograph by Robert McLaughlin.

Just watched it for the second time Sunday/Monday {Apr23/24} (DVD-interrupted). VERY VERY moving even with a few rather cliche renderings. My all-time favorite film is "Matthew" with Bruce Marciano. Bruce was truly anointed when portraying Jesus in this one.
It is incomprehensible simply from the physical pain that He suffered for me (and everyone else), and yet that was beans compared to the spiritual suffering when "He became sin" for us. Anyone who observes any of these films without any tears should have their pulse checked! :-)
